Shipping costs

The shipping costs can be determined by the the weight, size and number of packages that are being shipped as well as the distance of the destination address from our warehouse,Once you add item to your shopping cart, then entering your Province and Postal Code in the Shipping Estimate Calculator.

Orders of $1500 or more is eligible for free shipping in GTA.


Delivery time

Orders in GTA take 2 business days, Ontario, Quebec, and Atlantic Canada may take 2-5 Business days to arrive, whereas orders shipped to the western provinces (British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan) may take between 4-8 Business days. However; delays may occur during a busy season or due to sever weather conditions that are out of our hands. Deliveries are scheduled from Monday to Friday, As such please take into account the arrival time and be careful what products you order.



For shipping we use automatic shipping quotes provided by both FedEx and Canada Post. These rates are correct most of the time, however more remote areas may result in inaccurate shipping prices. In some instances this may result in shipping quotes far lower than the actual shipping cost. The Canada post can be tracked at and FedEx shipments can be tracked at Tracking information normally becomes available several hours after the packages are picked up, however, in some cases during busy seasons it may take the shipping companies (FedEx & Canada Post), longer than usual to register the packages.


Pick up orders

Once the order is placed, your order will begin the process towards completion and you will be e-mailed the needed paperwork for pickup once the order is ready. This process takes about 3-4 hours, Upon arrival please have your order number, ID and payment available for authorization. If you are unable to pick up the order and wish to receive a refund, your invoice will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Orders must be picked up within 72 hours.



You have within 7 business days to be eligible for a Return or Exchange with original receipt/proof of purchase. All customers must contact our service team at to receive a return or exchange document.

  • All items for return or exchange must be in new condition, sealed in its original packaging, we not accept returns on items that are not sealed in their original packaging, meanwhile please put the return or exchange document into the package.
  • Unaltered and damage-free
  • All shipping and outgoing charges from the customer to our warehouse are the customers responsibility
